SoChoosey is a free, browser-based random picker and decision-making tool. It allows users to create lists of items, spin various animations to select a random result, and verify the fairness of results using cryptographic methods. The service requires no account, no sign-up, and no payment to use.

Any lists, names, or items you enter into SoChoosey are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of any content you enter. SoChoosey takes no responsibility for the content of lists you create.

SoChoosey displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads help keep the service free. Ad-free access may be available for a one-time fee as described in the app. By using SoChoosey, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed.

7. Randomness and Fairness

SoChoosey uses cryptographically secure randomness (via the browser's crypto.getRandomValues() API) to ensure each item in your list has a genuinely equal probability of being selected. While we strive to provide fair and accurate results, SoChoosey is provided for entertainment and general decision-making purposes only. SoChoosey is not responsible for decisions made based on results from the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
